To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product is in its original packaging.

3. Initiating a Return

4. Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you received a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
5. Processing Returns

- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
